Oct 7, 2019 – AeroGo Welcomes David West as Director of Engineering
David West has joined AeroGo, Inc. as the Director of Engineering. He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, specifically leading mechanical, process and manufacturing engineers. Over his career he has implemented LEAN and Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and is a member of AME and ASME. As a design engineer, he patented eight designs in Medical Devices. President John Massenburg stated, “David has a proven history of managing processes to focus engineering efforts. He will be instrumental to the successful realization of our engineering goals.”

Tom Gruber Joins AeroGo as Director of Engineering
Load movement systems manufacturer AeroGo announced today that Tom Gruber has joined the firm as the Director of Engineering. “Tom brings a wealth of experience managing complex projects from prototype to launch-phase and delivering breakthrough solutions to manufacturing and product design problems. He has a successful track record as an engineer and inventor in his own right,” stated John Massenburg, President. Tom has primary responsibility to manage the project performance and delivery schedules of the engineering teams’ contribution to custom projects. As a member of the Senior Management Team he will also define and manage future design and implementation of efforts to improve operational efficiency across the company. Tom stated, "I look forward to working with the talented engineering team at AeroGo. John Massenburg, President and CEO of AeroGo, Inc., has announced the promotion of Barbara Kiliz to Director of Marketing. John stated, “Barb is a consummate marketing machine. Alex Brennan Promoted to Project Manager
Alex Brennen has accepted a promotion to Project Manager at AeroGo, Inc. Alex will capitalize on his LEAN manufacturing expertise to provide viable solutions to solve customer’s load movement requirements. Prior to this position Alex was a Manufacturing Engineer focused on LEAN and Kaizen initiatives internal to AeroGo.

AeroGo announced today that Devin Chandler, M.E., has moved to the Custom Products Group. Mike Brown, Sales Operations Manager stated, “In his new role, Devin will directly interface with customers to recommend options to assist their load movement situation.” During his tenure at AeroGo, Devin has engineered load movement solutions for a variety of industries.

Nolan Centers has joined AeroGo in the new position of Plant Controller. Nolan brings a decade of experience in manufacturing operations and cost accounting. He will be responsible for providing financial direction and recommendations in support of company objectives. His purview includes inventory, software implementation and LEAN initiatives. AeroGo president John Massenburg stated, “The Plant Controller position is critical as we expand operations in the future.”

Sept 9, 2019 – Brian Williams promoted to Director of Operations
AeroGo Inc. announces the promotion of Brian Williams to the Director of Operations. Brian joined AeroGo in 2009 as a Buyer. He was promoted to Purchasing Manager and then interim Operations Manager. John Massenburg, President, announced the promotion at an employee meeting. John stated, “Brian has done a great job in operations and shown exceptional leadership. He is well respected by the people he works with.” As the Director of Operations, Brian will continue to manage all aspects of purchasing, shipping and receiving, manufacturing operations and facility management. Brian has been instrumental in directing and implementing MRP systems and ensuring adherence to quality processes in manufacturing. He is an active member of CAMPS and manufacturing associations.
