Take advantage of AeroGo’s team of engineers, all of whom have a problem-solver mentality and years of application expertise. We research, develop and integrate the best practices and latest technologies with a single-minded focus on finding the right solution for your specific situation. Our overarching goal is to work with you to develop a suitable load moving solution that makes it easy to enhance your equipment mobility, material handling, rigging or factory automation process. We have earned a solid reputation as a problem solving partner and look forward to working with you.
Even if your moving task seems nearly impossible, experienced engineers provide innovative, practical and effective heavy load handling systems, utilizing air casters or conventional components, to meet your precise requirements. Using both proven and cutting edge technology, engineered designs range from simple manual handling systems to complex guided vehicles and from basic componentry to full system integration.
AeroGo engineers are fully qualified and staffed to handle all phases of the design process. AeroGo engineering philosophy is guided by four principles: Quality, Safety, Reliability & Cost-Effectiveness. In addition to specific project requirements, every custom designed heavy load handling system is engineered and created with the following basic requirements in mind:
- Maintain product quality
- Reduce manufacturing costs
- Increase production
- Reduce tooling, equipment, and system costs through cost effective and efficient designs
- Modular design with proven components
The AeroGo Engineering Department has the responsibility for all engineering, design, technical documentation and project management functions. The Engineering Project Manager, with the assistance of the Project Team, carefully evaluates the project’s requirements for a heavy load handling system and considers all options and concerns. User interfaces, safety, maintenance access, inspection requirements and the use of dependable components are given extra consideration to ensure all end users and maintenance personnel are completely satisfied.
